PURPOSE:To manage a dining room efficiently by displaying information such as the item of order, number, meal ticket number, seat numbers etc. sent from a meal ticket issuing register and a service instruction device on a display device for kitchen and controlling said imformation by a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A meal ticket issuing register 1 inputs the item of order and number by key operation, and issues meal tickets and stores the data. At the same time, it sends the data to a CPU2 through a data line 3. Further, a service command device 4 that inputs the meal ticket numbers and seat numbers of guests by key operation and sends the input signal to the CPU2 is installed. A display device 5 for a kitchen displays the name of item ordered by guests, number, seat number, etc. and the signals are sent to the CPU by an item key and a service completion key. In the case where display of the name of item, number and seat number is changed or erased, the device 5 transmits the signals to the CPU2. |
