<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation in appearance and value of rolled products on account of sticking of waste oil thereon and the degradation in working environments by separating the supply paths and discharge paths for oil mists in a bearing lubricator for rolling mills thereby recovering the waste oil after lubrication of bearings thoroughly. CONSTITUTION:The oil mists produced in an oil mist supplying device for lubrication of bearings of rolling mills are supplied from a shaft joint 60 to the inside of the bearings through a shaft through-hole 11, an oil mist supply hole 22, a circumferential groove 21, an oil mist supply hole 12, a mist fitting 18, a circumferential groove 14, and an oil mist supply hole 43. The stray mists having lubricated the bearing are discharged into a through-hole 11 through a discharge hole 44, a circumferential groove 15, an axial groove 17, a circumferential groove 16, and a discharge hole 13. Hence, the stray mists do not leak to the atmosphere, and the contamination of the rolled products by the stray mists and the degradation of working environments by releasing into the atmosphere are obviated.</p> |
