PURPOSE:To obtain a material high in precision without any pretreatment by a method wherein a long flexible matter composed of two or more composite materials different in the brittle point is passed through refrigerant so that the outside material to be peeled takes a brittle point and is folded. CONSTITUTION:The long flexible matter 1 e.g. a pressure-sensitive tape compounded by two or more materials (usually, mixed so that the adhesive layer may take a high brittle point) which are different in the brittle point and composed of the high molecular tape supporter 11 and a high molecular pressure- sensitive adhesive layer 12 provided on one side of said supporter is introduced into refrigerant (such as LN2 etc.) A to adjust a contact time (preferably, 0.5- 120sec.) so that the adhesives only take the brittle point. This matter is taken out of the extracting port of the refrigerant device 2 and, folded (at preferable angles of 10-180 degrees) by folding means (roll) 3 provided just behind it to peel the adhesive layer 12 in layers from the tape supporter 11. This process may be applied for the long flexible matter composed of two or more different composite materials having brittle points 5 deg.C or more (preferably, 10 deg.C). |
