This novel process describes the preparation of sterile preparations of substances which cannot be subjected to traditional sterilisation methods or which undergo undesirable changes as a result of these methods. The process is distinguished by the fact that a sterilant is allowed to act under mild conditions, then this sterilant together with the solvent is removed virtually quantitatively in a subsequent lyophilisation or spray-drying step, and the product is brought into a pharmaceutically acceptable form, or a form which is suitable for use on isolated animal or human cells or cell cultures, if appropriate by using additives.
|
