PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality compressed magnetic material and also to make the device small-sized, by press-molding magnetic powder while magnetizing it and comparing the pressure value and a set value to control the pressure force. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder 5 is charged in a cylinder-shaped molder 13 of a pressure molding part 6, and a piston 12 is pressed into the molder 13, and simultaneously, power is supplied to an electromagnetic coil 14 to apply the magnetic field to magnetic powder 5. simultaneously, a pressurized fluid is supplied from an accumulator 9, which is provided in a fluid pressure system 4, to the pressure molding part 6 through a supplying tube 10 and a servo valve 11 to drive the piston 12 in the direction of an arrow 16, and magnetic powder 5 is press-molded gradually. At this time, the pressure applied to magnetic powder 5 is detected by a detector 7 provided in the lower part of th molder 13 and is led to a control means 8. The pressure value is compared with a set value, which is set preliminarily by the control means 8, and the servo valve 11 is so adjusted that the pressure is changed along a characteristic curve 1, thus controlling the operating pressure to the piston 12. An oil packed vessel 17 to which high pressure gas suppliable may be used instead of the accumulator 9. |
