CONSTITUTION:A hair cosmetic comprising a novel polyallyl compound shown by the formulaI(R and R<1> are 1-18C alkyl; n is 1-100; A is sulfonic acid, carboxyl; M is alkali metal, amine) or formula II (R<2>-R<4> are 1-18C alkyl) and its salt (e.g., sodium dibutylaminopoly-2-butenylcarboxylate, sodium trimethylaminepoly-2-butenylsulfonate, etc.).
