PURPOSE:To obain the titled tube at a high molding speed and at a low cost by a method wherein a molding material layer provided by supplying filler, liquid material, synthetic resin to a reinforcement on the suction board is wound with the reinforcement about the core mold which moves as it is wound spirally about the mandrel and rotated, and cured. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcement 3 impregnated with a mold releasing film 2 and resin is wound about the core mold 1 which moves in the axial direction as it is wound spirally about the mandrel and rotates in the circumferential direction. Subsequently, as a gas permeable reinforcement 8 is passed on the belt conveyor 7 of the suction board which is reduced in pressure from the lower part, the molding material layer 5 which is provided by supplying filler 9 such as quartz sand etc., liquid material 10 such as styrene monomer etc., synthetic resin 11 such as polyester resin etc. in these orders is wound about the reinforcement and, further, the reinforcement 4 is wound about it and then cured through a curing furnace to obtain the desired composite tube. |
