PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mold having an improved corrosion resistance by gold-plating the surface of an injection mold for a plastic molded part etc. CONSTITUTION:Steel mold material is quenched at 1,000 deg.C, tempered at 520 deg.C in a vacuum heat treatment furnace and then gold-plated in a unit of mu and finished by use of diamond paste to obtain the desired mold. |
