PURPOSE:To perform a stable measurement, by making the level of a monitoring signal not so low as to generate noise, even when a band pass is made small extremely. CONSTITUTION:A monitor signal given from a monitor side photomultiplier 1 is entered the denominator side of a division circuit 10 through a monitor side amplifier 3. Measured signal given from a measuring side of a photomultiplier 2 is entered the molecule side of the circuit 10 through a measuring side amplifier 4. Further, the result of a specific operation is recorded by a recording device 11. On the one hand, a slit of a slit assembly 20 of an exciting side spectrometer is shut and opened by a revolution of a stepping motor 19. A driving pulse 16 and a positive-reverse control signal are sent to a driving circuit 18 of the motor 19 from a control circuit 14. Numbers of the pulse 16 are counted by a counter 15 and a relay 12 is driven when said value is reached at a specified value, then, gains of a motor side preamplifier 13 are altered. Accordingly, the noise by specific photometry is not present on the data by examining a condition switching the gains preliminarily. |
