<p>(A) Pharmaceutical compositions comprising as active ingredient a compound of formula: (I) or an acid addition salt thereof. The 2-position contains one of the groups R' or R2; R' = opt. substd. aryl or heteroaryl; R2=saturated or olefinic aliphatic acid ( is not C2) or a salt, ester, amide or hydroxamic acid deriv. thereof; R3 = H, alkyl (C1-C4). (B) Compounds of formula I provided that when R' is unsubstd. phenyl in the 2-position and when R2 is n-propionic acid or acrylic acid residue in the 4-position, R3 in the 5-position is alkyl (C1-C4).
