PURPOSE:To make a combination of specified phosphors and to solve the problem of erroneous visual recognition by arranging the characteristics of response build-up and remaining light of the phosphors. CONSTITUTION:A phosphor P-22 (red), which displays a spot of high voltage luminous light of green at a pulse signal shown at the upper level and is quick in response build- up with remaining light time being short when it is moved as shown by an arrow at the lower level, changes its amount of luminous light shown by an actual line, while a phosphor P-1 (green), which shows medium response build-up with remaining light time being moderate, changes as shown by a dotted line. Since the separated colors of the remaining light, or red in the forward direction and green in the backward direction of the transfer, can be confirmed, only a combination of P-22 (red) and the phosphor P-22 (green) which is quick in response build-up with remaining light time being short is suitable for matching the characteristics of the changes of light quantity and thus erroneous visual recognition can be liquidated. For the particularization of the selection of a luminous phosphor in single color, the luminous phosphor in single color as the one proposed is processed so that it is changed into a desired beam penetration type phosphor and then those with remaining light characteristics arranged in order under the average luminant conditions (voltage, current) and adopted. |
