PURPOSE:To enhance the water resistance of a diazo sensitive material without deteriorating the shelf stability and causing discoloration or fading and to provide a bluish color tone easy to see by adding a specified benzortiazole deriv. CONSTITUTION:A sensitive layer contg. a diazo compound and a coupling component as principal components is formed on a support directly or with a precoat layer consisting of silica and a binder in-between to manufacture a 2- component type diazo copying material. At this time, to the sensitive layer is added 0.005-0.150g/m<2> of at least 1 kind of benzotriazole deriv. represented by general formulaIor II[where R<1> is CH3, C2H5, CH2OH or C2H4OH, R<2> is H, CH3, C2H5, CH2OH or C2H4OH, and X is CH3, OH, OR<3> (R<3> is CH3 or C2H5), halogen or sulfonate]. A back coat layer may be formed on the backside of the support. |
