PURPOSE:To facilitate injection of a grout into the ground by arbitrarily switching the gelling time of the grout, by a method in which CO2 and water are supplied in a specific mixer and mixed to obtain a pressurized carbonated water, and then said water is mixed with an aqueous water glass solution. CONSTITUTION:A rotator 2 whose periphery as a large number of protrusions is provided inside a cylindrical, sealed pressure container 1, and the distance between the outer surface of the motrusions 3 and the inner surface of the container 1 is adjusted to 1/10 or less of the inside diameter of the container 1. CO2 gas and water are concurrently and continuously supplied into a mixer 9, and said rotator inside the mixer 9 is tuned. Usually, the internal pressure of the mixer 9 is set up to several - several 10kg/cm<2>. Pressurized carbonated water thus obtained is discharged as it is pressurized and then mixed with water glass 8 in a Y-shaped tube 10, where they are mixed together under a compressed condition and thus reacted with each other quickly to form a grout. Then, the grout is injected into the ground through a pump. |
