Method and movable culture unit for perfusion-cultivation of animal or human cells for determination of effects of a test substance or other environmental parameter on the culture, whereby the culture is exposed to a continuous, preferably laminar flow of substrate. The culture unit comprises at least one celldish (6, 7) forming a closed culture chamber with turned cone (2, 3) of a transparent body (1) and channels (9-12) arranged for supply and discharge of substrate.
