PURPOSE:To prevent dirt from adhering to each part and to remove the adhering dirt so as to be washed, by making water containing ozone and having a sterilizing function flow to a water collecting device continuously or intermittently. CONSTITUTION:Water to be measured is led to a water quality sensor 3, and a water quality sensor 4 installed to a water receiving tank 5 through a water collecting port 1a, and valves 11a, 9c and 9d by a water collecting pump 2a. Collection of water through a water collecting port 1b is also executed in the same way. When washing, the water collecting pump 2a is stopped, the valves 9c, 11a are closed, and after that, a washing pump 8 is started, and a valve 9e is opened. Also, an intermittent type ozone generating device 10 and an ejector pump 9b are started, and ozone is injected from an ejector 9a. As a result, ozone is contained in water of the washing water tank, and this water is fed to each part by the washing pump and wasing is performed. This methods is economical since only one washing device is used even in case of plural water collecting places and plural kinds of water quality sensors, and the device is small-sized. |
