Chip card telephone

A vertical entry slot which can be closed by means of a slide is provided in the housing of the telephone set for insertion of the chip cards. As shown in Fig. 2, two closely spaced parallel plates are attached on the back of the slide which, when closed, slide along on both sides, virtually over the entire length of the chip card. Attachments and lines for fraudulent manipulation are thus separated from the chip card.
