<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of assembling body at the time of rising temp. during transportation or during setting by sticking hard ceramic tube with cushion mortar in a device fitting the assembling body fixing plural pieces of hard ceramic tube at the position between end plates as facing each other in a vessel. CONSTITUTION:Each ceramic tube 6 is fixed to the recessed part or inner part of penetrating hole formed in the end plates 7, 7 by the mortar at the end part thereof, but fixed by the cushion mortar 9 at the gap between at least one end part and the end plate 7. The cushion mortar is the mortar, which mixes ceramic fiber, etc., in the ordinary mortar, such as Al2O3-SiO2 kind, etc., and gives load-deformability. And, the cushion mortar 9 having sufficiently large load-contracting ratio that thermal expansion of the tube 6 can be absorbed at the time of pouring molten metal, is used.</p> |
