PURPOSE:To fix a molded graphite sheet and to enhance the reliability of the sheet in transfer to a transparent electrode, the durability and the work efficiency by adhering the graphite sheet to the electrode with an adhesive contg. graphite to form an opposite electrode or the 3rd electrode. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 3 is formed on a glass substrate, and by vacuum-depositing WO3, a display electrode 2 is formed to obtain a front substrate.
