Compounds of the general formula <IMAGE> (wherein R1 is a C1-C4 alkyl group or a phenyl group which may be substituted by a C1-C4 alkyl group, a C1-C4 alkoxy group or halogen, R2 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C1-C4 alkyl group or phenyl group, R3 is a hydrogen atom, C1-C5 alkyl group, phenyl group or benzyl group which may be substituted with a halogen atom or C1-C4 alkoxy group, R4 and R5 each independently is a hydrogen atom or C1-C4 alkyl group, one of A and B is a carbonyl group and the other represents a methylene group which may be substituted with a C1-C4 alkyl group or A and B each independently is a methylene group which may be substituted with a C1-C4 alkyl group,and D is a group <IMAGE> (in which R6 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group and R7 is a C1-C6 alkyl group, cycloalkyl group or benzyl group), morpholino group, hexamethyleneimino group, heptamethyleneimino group, pyrrolidino group which may be substituted with one or more C1-C4 alkyl groups, piperazino group which may be substituted with a C1-C4 alkyl, phenyl or halogenophenyl group, or piperidino group which may be substituted with a phenyl or benzyl group) and their salts are muscle relaxants. |
