PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency in molding a composite material pipe by supplying a liquid resin containing reinforcing fibers to between the outside surface of a mortar resin pipe to be extruded and the inside surface of a cylindrical outer mold, and to between the inside surface of the mortar resin pipe and the outside surface of an inner mold. CONSTITUTION:Heated sand and resin pellets are charged into a hopper 10 and are taken out as a mixture 15 via a lower-end taking-out port 11, and the mixture 15 is cast between the cylindrical outer mold 16 and the inner mold 18 by a screw conveyor 1 while being heated by a heater 7. The mixture 15 brought into the form of a sand-mixed liquid resin 26 during the conveying is extruded between the inside surface 16a of the mold 16 and the outside surface 18a of the mold 18 and is simultaneously cooled by a cooling pipe 20 to become a mortar resin pipe 27. Then, the liquid resin 25 containing the reinforcing fibers is supplied to between the outside surface of the pipe 27 and the inside surface 16b of the outer mold 16 as well as to between the inside surface of the pipe 27 and the inside surface 18b of the inner mold 18 respectively through annular passages 24 and 25 to laminate fiber-reinforced resin layer 28, 29. |
