ADJUSTER OF V-BELT PULLEY

PURPOSE:To make a stretcing work easier by disposing a flexible coupling between a motor and a V-pulley and a wedge capable of shift adjustment between a V-pulley support and a motor base. CONSTITUTION:A V-pulley 3 wedged on a shaft 4 is held rotatably by a pulley support 6 via bearings 5 which are fit to both ends of the shaft 4, which is linked with a motor shaft 2' via a flexible coupling 7. Brackets 9, wedges shaped in the form of L in a longitudinal view, are firmly stuck between a slide face at the lower end of the pulley support 6 and an upper face of a motor base 1 at both sides in the opposed fashion with dump bolts and lifting bolts which are driven into an upright part 9'. An operation of a push or a pull of the dump bolt 10' which is screwed into the bracket 9 adjusts a left or a right shifting of the pulley support 6.
