PURPOSE:To prevent shock at the time of poppet stop by adjusting the rate of flow from one port to another by means of hydraulical control of the stroke of the poppet using a hydraulic stopper. CONSTITUTION:Energization of a solenoid valve 1 will sink the oil pressure in a chamber 3 because the oil in this chamber 3 is sent from a hole 9 to pass through a passage 10 and a solenoid valve 1 for a tank 11, and the poppet 2 is heaved by an upward directed oil pressure applied from a port 4. When rise of the poppet 2 allows the internal surface 8' of a hole 8 of poppet 2 to shut a hole 9 in an adjusting shaft 7 by and by, the downward directed oil pressure applied to the poppet 2 begins rising, and the poppet 2 will stop with the hole 9 in the condition as partially shut by the internal surface 8' of the hole 8. Thus the passage connecting the port 4 with 5 is opened, and the stroke of poppet 2 controls the rate of flow from the pump 15 to the actuator 16. |
