PURPOSE:To obtain a core bar of a steering wheel with high rigidity by welding a pressed front member and a pressed rear member to form it. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 1 is formed of each half members of a front member 11 and a rear member 12. The members are individually manufactured by integrally cutting a metal sheet to obtain a ring portion 2 and a spoke portion, then respectively press-molding and welding them to fix together at their connections. |
