PURPOSE:To utilize effectively input and output ports of a control part, by switching input ports of control parts of a copying machine main body and a peripheral device in accordance with clock pulses to use the same input port for input of plural control signals. CONSTITUTION:A clock pulse synchronized with a drum clock applied to a microcomputer 1,000 in the main body side is outputted from an output port P21 of the microcomputer 1,000, and this clock pulse, data from an output port P22, and a synchronizing signal from an output port P23 are inputted to corresponding input ports P21', P22', and P23' of a microcomputer 3,000 in the sorter side respectively. Signals are outputted similarly from output ports P25', P24', and P26' of the microcomputer 3,000 to input ports P25, P24, and P26 of the microcomputer 1,000 respectively, and data busses 3,500 and 3,600 are used for input and output of control signals of the sorter side itself, and data busses 1,500 and 1,600 are used for input and output of control signals of the main body side itself. |
