PURPOSE:To achieve automatic setting of nuclides by discriminating those to be measured with an analysis on a spectrum based on a spectrum chart corresponding to energy values for input radioactive rays. CONSTITUTION:Radioactive rays trapped with a detector 1 are converted into address signals for a memory circuit 3 via analog and digital conversion circuits 2. These address signals are arranged to correspond energy values to make an energy spectrum. Above-mentioned action is repeated each time radioactive rays enter, and at an appropriate timing, a discriminator circuit 6 detects a recognition point peculiar to a nuclide from a spectrum of a memory circuit 3 to be compared with the contents of a table memory circuit 5 thereby determining the name of the nuclides depending on the matching therebetween. After the identification of the name of the nuclide, the section of energy values determined by the corresponding nuclide with the table memory circuit 5 is integrated with an addition circuit 4 to calculate a value corresponding to the nuclide. |
