PURPOSE:To mold a disk having a complicated shape by use of a material whose ductility is low, by depressing the top part of a bowllike projecting part of a metallic plate which has been press-molded by a male mold and a female mold, without using the femal mold, and after that, finish-molding it by the male mold and the female mold. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 2 is drawing-molded on a high tension steel plate 1 by a punch 3 and a die 4, and it is placed on a base 5 having an opening part 7 coaxial with the center line of the projecting part 2 so that the projecting part 2 is placed on and also a circumferential margin 6 of its lower end part is supported by the supporting base 5. Subsequently, the center of the top part of the projecting part 2 is pressed down by a rodlike punch 8 in the depressing direction toward the inside surface from the outside surface, and a hollowed part 9 having a prescribed shape is formed on the projecting part 2. In this case, since the die is not used for a reverse surface part 10 of the projecting part 2, a metal flow is allowed freely for the plate 1. Accordingly, even in case of a material whose ductility is low, there is no possibility that its bent part is broken, and the like. Subsequently, the plate 1 is turned inside out, is supported by a supporting base 11, and a hollowed part 14 is formed in the same way as above. A crude substance 15 obtained by repeating said molding is finish-molded by a punch 16 and a die 17. |
