PURPOSE:To secure and strengthen connection of contact and wire spring member and to save precious metal for contact material, by engaging and attaching one end of piped contact by pressure to the top of wire spring. CONSTITUTION:One end of piped contact 2' of precious metal or precious metal alloy is engaged to the top of wire spring 1 of base metal or base metal alloy whose end is wound in coil and extended straightly outside. The engaged part is pressed from outside circle and attached to the top of wire spring 1. The connection of such a brush contact 3' is secure and very strong, because one end of piped contact 2' is attached to the whole outside circle of the top of wire spring 1. |
