PURPOSE:To achieve a device using a duplicated loop line suitable for a plant monitoring and controlling device, by providing a comparator for the comparison of all data as to both duplicated systems for the data transmitted to each station. CONSTITUTION:A data comparator 16 and the like to compare all data on both duplicated systems is provided. For example, a signal inputted or outputted to/ form a monitor controller 2 fitted to a central console panel 1 is inputted or outputted to a master station 8 and a slave station 10 of a multiplex transmitter in duplicated loop connection with a loop line 14 via a cable 7 or a duplicated system selecting circuit 15. The data comparator 16 respectively connected to the master station 8 and the slave station 10 compares data inputted and outputted to both the systems, and when they are normal, the system is in operation via the system with the duplicated system selecting circuit 15 and when the data are different, the systems are transferred to failure detecting processing and the operation is made via a normal system. Signals are inputted or outputted to a monitor controller 6 through a cable 5 via a panel 4 at the field. |
