<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance responding speed of a generator by a method wherein the rotating speed of the generator is controlled by controlling a dummy load to be connected to the generator. CONSTITUTION:The rotating speed of a water wheel 1, namely the rotating speed of a generator 2 is detected by a rotating speed detector 10. The controller 11 controls to trigger a thyristor 9 corresponding to the deviation between output of the rotating speed detector 10 and the reference value sent from a reference signal input terminal 12, and controls loading quantity of the dummy load 7 to fix the total loading quantity of the generator 2. Accordingly responding property to speed control of the generator can be enhanced.</p> |
