摘要 |
PURPOSE:To elimimate adjustment of oscillation frequency by transmitting a clock signal after the frequency thereof is divided at such a division ratio that the efficiency of ultrasonic conversion reaches the maximum thereof. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 14 changes the division ratio N sequentially by stage while monitoring the intensity of transmission based on the output of an A/D converter 15 at each action to detect the division ratio N1 at which the tansmission intensity reaches the maximum thereof. This permits invariable setting of the division ratio to ensure that the frequency f always match the resonance frequency of ultrasonic vibrators 3A and 3B, so that the ultrasonic conversion efficiency reaches the maximum value thereof. Clock signals generated from a clock generation circuit 12 are divided by the division ratio thus obtained. |
