PURPOSE:To obtain the titled auxiliary to prevent oxidation of edible oil by heat aiding function through radiation of far infrared rays and adsorption function to adsorb peroxide in oil, consisting of a sintered material having a specific composition comprising magnesium oxide, silicon oxide and aluminum oxide. CONSTITUTION:The aimed auxiliary which is a sintered material consisting of 15-25wt% magnesium oxide, 20-70wt% silicon oxide and 30-10wt% alumi num oxide and has 2.0-2.5 density. The sintered material is prepared by blend ing 10 magnesium silicate, 1.0-2.0 kaolinite, 0.7-1.5 heidellite and 8-12 glycerin by weight, molded and calcined at 1,000-1,200 deg.C. |
