PURPOSE:To form a photoconductive layer contg. a well dispersed photoconductive material and having solvent resistance without deteriorating the moisture resistance by using a mixture of epoxy modified silicone resin with thermoplastic acrylic resin as a binding resin. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of epoxy modified silicone resin represented by the formula with thermoplastic acrylic resin is used as a binding resin and mixed with a photoconductive material to form a photoconductive layer. The preferred acrylic resin is a terpolymer consisting of n-butyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and styrene and having 15,000-50,000, preferably 30,000-40,000mol.wt. The photoconductive material is oxide, sulfide or iodide of a metal such as Zn, Hg, Al, Sb, Bi, Cd or Mo. |
