PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of a detected temperature by constituting that a temperature sensor surrounded by a multilayer heat insulation cylinder is provided at the center space of a heat source allowing free up and down movement so as to touch the bottom of a container to be heated. CONSTITUTION:While cooking, a sensor head 31 of a temperature sensor 21 touches the exterior of the bottom of a pan. At this time, cool air enters through a center hole 17, ventilation passing through a guide shaft 26 of a temperature sensor 21 and an insulation cylinder 32-1 and flowing to an air vent 38' of an insulation cylinder from an air vent 38 is obtained, and the sensor head 31 receives heat from the exterior of the bottom of the pan while the exterior circumference of the sensor head 31 is cooled. Although an atmospheric temperature of the surroundings of the insulation cylinder 32 becomes high, radiant heat to be received by the upper surface of the sensor head 31 can be fully intercepted as the heat is insulated with a vent air layer from the lower part of a connecting part of the internal and the external cylinders 32 to the upper part of the air vent 38'. Moreover, heat conduction can be inhibited as the internal and the external heat insulation cylinders are connected with each other through bosses 33 and 33'. Thus, accuracy of detected temperature can be improved. |
