PURPOSE:To enhance a photoreceptor in resistance to ozone and humidity, by dispersing a photoconductor into a binder of a curable composition consisting of an acrylic polyol resin having a hydroxyl value of 15-70, and a prepolymer having isocyanate terminal groups by 5-20wt%. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic polyol resin is composed of a copolymer of an acrylic monomer containing a hydroxy group and another ethylenically unsaturated monomer. As the hydroxy-containing monomer, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate, etc. are exemplified, and the terminal isocyanate prepolymer is obtained, preferably, by reacting excess polyisocyanate with a compound containing a specified amount of isocyanate group (CNO), and having >=2 hydroxy groups. |
