PURPOSE:To exercise control with high precision, by obtaining an unknown normalized demand pattern from a known normalized demand pattern to estimate the demand quantity. CONSTITUTION:The structure of demand of the standard node (branching point) plus a normalized demand pattern of the standard pattern obtained by the actual measurement are stored in a storage device 11 via an input device 10. The normalized demand pattern of the node whose demand pattern is unknown is regarded as the normalized demand pattern of the standard node having the structure of demand is most similar to the demand pattern. The normalized demand pattern thus obtained is multiplied by the demand quantity per day which is obtained from the monthly meter inspection quantity of the relevant territory of water supply. Thus the demand pattern of the node is estimated. Based on this estimated pattern, a pump (p) and a valve (v) are controlled to exercise a high-precision control. This controlling method is also available to the control of the supply quantity of gas and electric power plus the drainage quantity in addition to the control of the water supply. |
