PURPOSE:To reduce air conditioning load and a noise resulting from ventilation by making an exhaust passage open to a space between an air conditioner and its fixing face and providing the air conditioner and a heat exchanging type ventilating fan back to back with each other by placing a partition between them. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner 1 is provided on a wall 9 through a spacer 10, and an exhaust opening 12 is formed between the fixing face and the air conditioner 1. An opening 28 is provided on the wall 9, into which a tube 26 which is divided into an exhaust passage 29 and an air supply passage 31 with a diaphragm 27 is inserted, the tube 26 is connected with an exhaust suction opening 16 and an air supply discharge opening 19 of a heat exchanging type ventilating fan 14 provided on the exterior side of a chamber of the wall 9, and the exhaust suction opening 16 and the air supply discharge opening 19 are connected with an exhaust discharge opening 17 and an air supply suction opening 18 through an exhaust fan 21, air supply fan 22 and a full heat exchanger 25.
