PURPOSE:To decrease the delay of a signal and at the same time to stabilize the output level, by setting a transmission gate at a stage for a latch circuit to which the output of a multiplexer is supplied. CONSTITUTION:A multiplexer 11 is formed with transmission gates 121-123, and the outputs of these gates are applied to a latch circuit 13. The circuit 13 is formed with a transmission gate 14 plus inverters 15 and 16. The strobe signal is applied to an input terminal of each of AND circuits 171-173; while signals A-C are applied to the other input terminal of these AND circuits respectively. Thus selection control input signals phiA-phiC are formed to the gates 121-!23. At the same time, the inverse signal of a strobe signal phiS is applied to the gate 14 of the circuit 13. As the transmission gate of the circuit 13 is set at a stage, the delay of the signal can be decreased. At the same time, the output level can be stabilized. |
