PURPOSE:To simply correct the non-uniform settlement of a building by a method in which a base box having an opening outside, provided on strip footing, is fixed with anchor bolts, and a lifting base-fitting part is provided to the outside of the base box. CONSTITUTION:The decorated plate 29 of a base box 13 is removed, and the nut 21 of an anchor bolt 12 is loosened from an opening 16. The screw hole 20 of the base box 13 is matched with the bolt hole 34 of a lifting base 33, a bolt 35 is screwed with the holes, and the lifting base 33 is fixed under the condition that it is projected outwards from a strip footing. A jack 37 provided through a clustered stone 36 below the lifting base 33 is operated to lift up the lifting base 33, the base box 13 and a wall axial assembly 22 are lifted, level adjustment is made, and a spacer 38 and cement mortar are placed below the base box 13. Then, the lifting base 33 is removed, the nut of the anchor bolt 12 is screwed-down, the base box 13 is fixed, and decorated plate 29 is again attached. |
