PURPOSE:To select invariably one mode by selecting a specific mode by allowing the brush of a changeover switch for mode selection to come into contact with both adjacent changeover electrodes when placed widthwise between both the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:When the contact piece 66 of a brush 64 is at the center part of an electrode 61 which corresponds to a selected mode A, connection points 70, 71 and 72 have a low, a high, and a high signal level, and only an AND gate 80 generates a high-level output. Consequently, decoder output terminals 27, 28 and 29 have a high, a low, and a low output signal level, specifying the mode A. Similarly, when a contact piece 66 for specifying modes P and M is placed at the irregular position of an interwidth part 73 between electrodes 62 and 63, the connection points 70, 71 and 72 have a high, a low, and a low signal level, and the decoder output terminals 27, 28 and 29 have a low, a high, and a low level, thereby specifying the mode P. |
