PURPOSE:To construct the underground continuous wall continuously by successively excavating an excavating ditch in the horizontal direction, fast sticking a cushion material for preventing the collapse of a ditch wall to the groove wall and partitioning the excavating ditch. CONSTITUTION:Soil and sand are continuously scraped up in a stabilizing liquid such as bentonite muddy water while successively moving a continuous excavator 2 according to a bucket elevator system in the horizontal direction. The cushion materials 3 for preventing the collapse of the ditch walls are built to a section B where excavation is completed at regular intervals. The cushion materials 3 are manufactured by mounting rubber tubes at both sides of the webs of H-steel. Joint materials 4 are built to sections partitioned by the cushion materials 3, the cushion materials 3 are extracted, and concrete is placed to a section C. the underground continuous wall D is completed when concerete cures. |
