SUPPORT OF PIEZOELECTRIC DEVICE

PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy automatic assembly and to realize the miniaturization for the support of a piezoelectric device by converting the holder of said device into a tray-shaped base. CONSTITUTION:The lead wires 9 plus a shielding plate 10 extended from one of the wires 9 are aligned in a number of sets to a top frame 11 with a certain space. These aligned lead wires are filled into a mold along with the ceramics, glass, etc. and then calcined in a body to obtain a base 8. At the same time, a ring 13 at the base aperture part which is used for adhesion of a cover that seals the base aperture is formed in a body with the lead wire in the same way. Then a piezoelectric device is fitted into the base 8 along with a support of the device and furthermore the aperture part is sealed by the cover. In such way, an automatic assembly is attained for the support of the piezoelectric device.
