<p>PURPOSE:To attain high speed fast feeding/rewinding by devising the titled device such that the circuit generates a deceleration signal when a change in number of revolutions of a supply reel or a winding reel reaches a prescribed value during a prescribed drive period thereby decelerating the supply/winding reel based thereupon. CONSTITUTION:A reflector 27 is stuck to the circumference of a supply reel base 21 and painted in white/black colors so that the light emitted from a light emitting diode 22 is reflected four times per revolution. Similarly, a reflecting body 17 is stuck even at the outer circumference of a winding reel base 11 and reflects the radiated light from a light emitting diode 12 four times per revolution. The information of the number of revolutions of the supply reel 28 and the winding reel 18 is obtained from an output of a photo transistor 16 at the winding side and a photo transistor 26 at the supply side and a number of revolution change detection means 71 detects the change in the number of revolutions of the reels. When an output of the detection means 71 reaches a prescribed value, a deceleration signal output means 72 outputs a deceleration signal to a 3rd controller 73, outputs 600, 601 from the controller 73 decrease the voltage of the power supply 61 r 63 to match the number of revolutions of motors 23, 13.</p> |
