Wind driven compressed air pump - has water wind pumps in groups supplying central pump

The naturally driven pump has wind pumps in a group each connected to a central one via conduits, to produce compressed air. Alternatively, it can use pontoons across a river or use wave action producing horizontal and vertical reciprocation to drive the pumps. The air is stabilised at a constant pressure in containers which are stocked at appropriate sites. The compressed air can be used to drive vehicle with the sites spaced at 40-50 kilometres.
