PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency considerably, by pressing a substrate, which is put on a receiving plate where two kinds of pin are set, by a pressing material with a punch to fix pins by caulking simultaneously with fixing them by press fitting in one pressure proccess. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a receiving plate 2, a spring 17 which is provided between this receiving plate 2 and a base 11 and separates the receiving plate 2 from the base 11 to energize the receiving plate 2, and a pressing material 30. This receiving plate 2 is provided vertically movably above the base 11 and is equipped with a receiving face 20, where a substrate 9 with prepared holes should be put, and pin holes 22 and 23 for a caulking pin and a press-fitting pin corresponding to prepared holes 92 and 93 of the substrate 9. The pressing material 30 is provided vertically movably above the receiving plate 2 and is equipped with a punch 4, which is arranged in a position facing to the hole 23, and a pressing face which presses the substrate put on the receiving plate 2. By this device, the pin is fixed by caulking simultaneously with fixing the pin by press fitting in one pressure process to improve the efficiency. |
