<p>The bullet consists of an external ring (1) joined to an axial head (2) by longitudinal helicoidal vanes (4,6). The head is lengthened rearwards by a divergent central taper (3). The vanes are joined to the sides of this part. The exterior ring has a front edge strip (8). The vane side edges are tangential to an imaginary cylinder enclosing the bullet. The perforating head protrudes slightly from the bullet and has an insert. A divergent central cavity (10) at the rear is flared outward.</p> |
