<p>The document holder or wallet formed from a single flat blank, has three main rectangular panels (1,2,3). These are connected by two fold lines (15,16) so that the two outer panels (2,3) overlap. The central panel (1) has two side flaps (4,5) which are first bent inwards along side fold lines (17,18) before the outer panels are folded over. The outer panel (2) which is bent over last is shorter than the other outer panel, so that its outer edge can tuck under a tongue (14) punched from the middle of the other outer panel. This shorter panel has a sloping cut out along each side, forming two hooks (6,7) which fit into two sloping slits (10,11) cut into the longer panel, locking the whole when folded over.</p> |
