<p>The fluid powered motor has variable capacity floats to produce perpetual motion under a fluid surface. It has a metal frame with a pulley at each end carrying a belt. Angle brackets are fixed to the belt with a 40 cm. spacing and retain the floats. The floats are formed as bellows of plastic material. One end of each float carries a specified weight to collapse it as it passes over the upper pulley to exhaust a light fluid within it, allowing the float to sink.</p> |
