PURPOSE:To perform the recording for a high-quality static picture, by controlling the phase of a disk so that the same phase is obtained between a frame pulse extracted out of the video signal to be additionally recorded and a frame pulse extracted out of the video signal that is already recorded on the disk. CONSTITUTION:A video signal (a) supplied from a static pisture information source 5 is applied to a gate 6, and the video signals equivalent to a frame are samplied by a rotating position detecting pulse (b) given from a rotating position detector 7 attached to a motor 3. These video signals receive a modulation of frequency by the carrier frequency fO at a modulator 8 and are applied to an optical modulator 9 within a recording/reproducing head 4. Thus the laser beam given from a laser 10 is modulated, and this modulated laser beam irradiates a disk 1 via a beam spillter 11 to record the signal. At the same time, the signal (a) is applied to a synchronous separating circuit 12 to extract a frame pulse (c). This pulse (c) is compared with a signal (b) in terms of the phase. |
