PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a snakelike magnetic bubble or a floating bubble, by providing a wiring means which has placed a high polymer resin film and an An electric conductor layer between a substrate and a magnetic layer, as a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A high polymer resin layer 7 whose film thickness is 3,000- 4,000Angstrom is stuck and formed so as to completely cover an An electric conductor layer 3 formed on an SiO2 thin film 2 of a substrate 1, and also a magnetic layer 4 whose width is narrower than that of the electric conductor layer 3 is stuck and formed on said resin layer 7, and in this case, length 8 between the edge part of the An electric conductor layer 3 and the edge part of the high polymer resin layer 7, and length 9 between the edge part the magnetic layer 4 and the edge part of the An electric conductor layer 3 are about 10-20mum and 5-10mum, respectively. 10 and 11 denote an Al pattern for a bonding pad and a guard rail pattern consisting of the magnetic layer 4, respectively.
