The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for producing multilayered panels from extrudable plastic, in which process at least two webs of plastic, delivered by means of extruders with slot dies or the like, are bonded to each other, with the inclusion of a structure, by means of rolls. Furthermore, the invention relates to panels produced in this way as well as to their use in a shower partition. When producing such panels, special difficulties arise in obtaining a reliable bonding of the webs and of the structure with little expenditure on machinery. Furthermore, there is the requirement of incorporating the structure uniformly between the webs. It is therefore proposed that the said webs are fed to a single, common roll arrangement, and that at least one extruder with its slot die or the like is at a small distance from the roll arrangement such that, on account of the heat still contained in the said web from extruding, a reliable and permanent bonding to the structure and/or the other web is achieved. <IMAGE>
